By accessing or using TattooAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TattooAI is an AI-powered tattoo design generator. We provide tools to create, browse, and save tattoo design concepts. Designs are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as references, not final tattoo-ready artwork.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Free Usage & Credits

New users receive 1 free generation to try the platform. Additional generations require purchased credits. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing and free allowances.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit. AI-generated images are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may not claim AI-generated designs as hand-drawn original artwork.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of generated designs, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with tattoo results based on our designs.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
